DialXpress Power Predictive Dialers

Our Predictive Dialers are the perfect solution for small call centers that require only a few stations.  A Predictive dialer is an automated dialing system that enables a call center agent to increase their talk time.  By eliminating the no answers, busy signals and disconnected numbers, an agent can spend more of their time talking to live prospects.  Call center and sales agents no longer need to waste their time dialing numbers manually.  

The Predictive Dialer "station" comes in two versions.  One with the capacity for up to 3 outbound predictive dialing lines and 1 headset and the other a single outbound predictive dialing line with headset.  When a call is answered by a live person, the call is connected almost instantly and the live agent is presented with the name, address and other database specific information about the person who has been called. The live agent can then record details about the call in a notepad which is linked to the specific prospect.

Each "station" may stand alone by calling telephone numbers from its own database, or all "stations" may be connected to a single server to access a contact manager or central database of telephone numbers. There is virtually no limit to the number of "stations" that may be connected.

The DialXpress Power Predictive Dialer can generate reports on the fly which include the number of calls, length of calls, and timing between calls. Our system will also report numbers which were disconnected, busy, or faxes.  Call result indicators allow you to assign values to each call to allow for future action on the list.  These indicators can further define your overall campaign performance and provide a rating level for each call.  The number of outbound lines used can be changed at any time allowing you to reduce the number of dropped calls.   Faxes and emails can be sent instantly by live agents with the fax/email option installed on their station.

You can start with only one "station" and later add as many "stations" as needed.
